Ocazo Construction Inc. was founded by Cristian Diaz in 2011 with a straightforward mission: to be the kind of contractor that Cape Cod homeowners could actually rely on.
After years of hearing homeowners talk about contractors who disappeared mid-project, gave vague estimates, or delivered work that didn't match the promise — Cristian built Ocazo around the opposite of all of that. Clear communication from day one. Honest pricing with no hidden fees. Work that's done right, even when no one's watching.
Over 11 years, that approach has built something rare in the contracting world: a reputation that travels by word of mouth. Most of our projects come from homeowners who were referred by a neighbor, a friend, or a past client. That's the metric we care most about.
Today, Ocazo Construction serves homeowners across all 15 Cape Cod towns — from Bourne to Provincetown — handling everything from single bathroom renovations to complete new home construction. The same care that went into our very first project in 2014 goes into every project today.

Based in Orleans, MA, Cristian brings extensive experience navigating Cape Cod's unique building requirements, including coastal construction, flood zones, historic districts, and permitting across all 15 Cape Cod towns.
